Commissions are a percentage of the total fees that Splitle receives when a candidate gets successfully placed with our client. If your referred candidate gets hired by the client, you earn the commissions.

Refer a promising candidate for the job. The candidate will be reviewed and vetted by our team and put forward to the client.
Candidate Gets Selected
If your candidate impresses our team and gets selected by the client to land the job, you're on your way to earning.
Client Payment
After your candidate is successfully placed, Splitle gets paid after the warranty period.
Earn Your Commission
The payout to the recruiters in our recruiting network is made within 10 days of the time we receive the payment. So, enjoy commissions coming your way!
